18K – 24K Gold Plated Brass 

Brass is an alloy made primarily of copper and zinc, and on its own, it can sometimes cause irritation – especially for people with metal sensitivities. However, when it’s plated with 18 karat gold, a barrier is created between your skin and the brass base. This layer helps reduce irritation, that said, overtime with regular wear, the goldplating can wear off, exposing the brass underneath – which may trigger a reaction in sensitive ears. If you have sensitive ears, it is best to use metals like surgical stainless steel, titanium, solid gold, sterling silver underneath.

Although polymer clay is durable, your jewelry should be treated with kindness! When taken care of your jewelry can withstand daily wear and can have a long and happy life! 

• Make-up can be removed by gently going over the area with a cotton swab dipped in soapy water or rubbing alcohol to gently cleanse the area. 
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc. as this can damage or discolor the clay. 
• Store your jewelry in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. 
• Avoid wearing during sleep, showering, exercise, and swimming. 
• Although polymer clay is durable it can break and be scratched, It is recommended you store your jewelry in the bag that is provided and avoid placing your jewelry in the bottom of your purse. 
• Place in a jewelry box if traveling. 
• Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, & Brass may tarnish over time if exposed to water & oils but can be cleaned with the soft jewelry cloth provided, brasso, vinegar or ketchup will also work.

Since all items are handmade you may see slight variations in color or pattern from the pictures. Each pair of earrings are unique and although I try very hard to photograph each product accurately, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor or phone screen will depict the color correctly. Depending on your phone or monitor screen settings, some colors may appear lighter or darker.

Your hand-crafted clay jewelry will ship within 3-7 business days unless purchased with a garment, then the jewelry will ship with the shirt (7-14) days. We will always try to ship earlier if possible.

• Once I drop off your package in a USPS facility, My Sister’s Things (MST) no longer has control over the package anymore. Therefore MST is not responsible for items delayed by USPS.  
• MST ships to select countries. The buyer is responsible for all customs costs and/or other payments that may apply.  
• For overseas buyers, customs can delay packages for up to 6 weeks, even though it is rare, but it can still happen.

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, we will replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. We require a photo verification within 7 days of the delivery date. You will only be eligible for a replacement or shop credit if: 

• We sent you the wrong size, color, or design. 

DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING:

If your items are damaged from shipping;

• Contact me within 7 days after the delivery date.
• You will need to furnish me with pictures of the damaged items AND THE BOX 
• You will need to return damaged product as shown in the picture provide by you
• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return damaged product.

After I receive the damaged product as shown by picture provided by the buyer, a refund or replacement will be sent out.
