IS THE JEWELRY HANDMADE?
Yes. Each pair of earrings are unique. Since all items are handmade you may see slight variations in color or pattern from the pictures. Although we try very hard to photograph each product accurately, we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor or phone screen will accurately depict the color.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY POLYMER CLAY JEWELRY?
- Store your jewelry in a cool dry place where it will not get scratched by other objects.
- Make-up, dirt or debris can be removed by gently going over the area with a cotton swab dipped in water or rubbing alcohol to gently cleanse the area.
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc. as this can damage or discolor the clay.
- Avoid wearing during sleep, showering, exercise, and swimming.
- Certain metals including brass may tarnish over time but can be cleaned with a soft jewelry cloth or a cotton swab dipped in vinegar. Brasso will work as well but avoid getting brasso on the clay.
- Polymer clay is slightly flexible at smaller thicknesses. However, it is NOT recommended to bend your jewelry.
ARE POLYMER CLAY EARRINGS HEAVY?
- Polymer clay is an extremely lightweight material that won't weigh down or hurt your ears, even when wearing the largest of earrings.
- Yes, the earrings are made of stainless steel which is hypoallergenic (unless other wise stated in the description).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your hand-crafted clay jewelry will ship within 3-7 business days. We will always try to ship earlier if possible.
- Once your package is dropped off in a USPS facility, My Sister’s Things (MST) no longer has control over the package. Therefore MST is not responsible for items delayed by USPS.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to sanitary reasons all sales are final. However, we will replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. We require a photo verification within 7 days of the delivery date. You will only be eligible for a replacement or credit if:

〰️ If your earrings are damaged from shipping - please contact me within 7 days after the delivery date. You will need to furnish me with pictures of the damaged earrings AND THE BOX for either a replacement or shop credit.
