Since all items are handmade, you may see slight variations in color or pattern from the pictures. Each pair of earrings is unique. Although I try very hard to photograph each product accurately, I cannot guarantee that every computer monitor or phone screen will accurately depict the color. 

Although polymer clay is durable, your jewelry should be treated with kindness! When properly taken care of, your jewelry can withstand daily wear and have a long and happy life!

• Make-up can be removed by gently going over the area with a cotton swab dipped in water or rubbing alcohol to cleanse the area gently.
• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc. as this can damage or discolor the clay.
• Store your jewelry in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. 
• Avoid wearing during sleep, showering, exercise, and swimming.
• Although polymer clay is durable, it can break and be scratched. It is recommended that you store your jewelry in the bag that is provided and avoid placing your jewelry in the bottom of your purse. Place in a jewelry box if traveling.
• Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, & Brass may tarnish over time if exposed to water & oils but can be cleaned with the soft jewelry cloth, vinegar or ketchup will also work.
• Although polymer clay is slightly flexible it is not recommended that you bend yor jewelry.

Polymer clay is an extremely lightweight material that won't weigh down your ears, even when wearing the largest of earrings.

Your hand-crafted clay jewelry will ship within 3-7 business days. I will always try to ship earlier if possible. 

• Once your package is checked into a USPS facility, My Sister's Things no longer has control over the package. Therefore MST is not responsible for items delayed by USPS. 
• MST ships to select countries. The buyer is responsible for all customs costs and/or other payments that may apply.
• For overseas buyers, customs can delay packages for up to 6 weeks, even though it is rare, but it can still happen. 

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, I will replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. We require a photo verification within 7 days of the delivery date. You will only be eligible for a replacement or shop credit if:

• You were sent the wrong size, color, or design. 

If your items are damaged from shipping:

1. Contact me within 7 days after the delivery date at amyk@mysistersthings.com. Please include your order number.
2. You will need to furnish me with pictures of the damaged, items AND THE BOX
3. You will need to return the damaged product as shown in the picture you provided.
4. After I receive the damaged product as shown by the picture provided by the buyer, a refund or replacement will be sent out.
