Since all items are handmade, you may see slight variations in color or pattern from the pictures. Each pair of earrings is unique. Although I try very hard to photograph each product accurately, I cannot guarantee that every computer monitor or phone screen will accurately depict the color. 

Although stainless steel and polymer clay are durable, your ring should be treated with kindness. When taken care of, your ring can handle daily wear and have a long and happy life. 

• Remove your ring before showering, swimming, washing dishes, exercising, or sleeping 

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, hand sanitizer, hairspray, cleaning products, and nail polish remover, as these can wear down the plated finish and damage or discolor the clay 

• Put your ring on last, after lotions and makeup, and take it off first 

• Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, use a slightly damp cloth and dry it completely right away 

• Do not use jewelry dips, polishing cloths with chemicals, or abrasive cleaners, as these can remove the plating 

• Adjust the band gently and only as needed. Bending it back and forth too often can weaken the metal 

• Avoid bumping or dropping your ring, as polymer clay can chip, break, or scratch 

• Store your ring in the bag/box provided, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, and keep it out of the bottom of your purse

Polymer clay is a lightweight material, so you may forget you're even wearing your ring.

Your hand-crafted clay jewelry will ship within 3-7 business days. I will always try to ship earlier if possible. 

• Once your package is checked into a USPS facility, My Sister's Things no longer has control over the package. Therefore MST is not responsible for items delayed by USPS. 
• MST ships to select countries. The buyer is responsible for all customs costs and/or other payments that may apply.
• For overseas buyers, customs can delay packages for up to 6 weeks, even though it is rare, but it can still happen. 

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, I will replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. We require a photo verification within 7 days of the delivery date. You will only be eligible for a replacement or shop credit if:

• You were sent the wrong size, color, or design. 

If your items are damaged from shipping:

1. Contact me within 7 days after the delivery date at amyk@mysistersthings.com. Please include your order number.
2. You will need to furnish me with pictures of the damaged, items AND THE BOX
3. You will need to return the damaged product as shown in the picture you provided. 
4. After I receive the damaged product as shown by the picture provided by the buyer, a refund or replacement will be sent out.
