Garment Care

Processsings & Shipping

  • Your item is made to order in-house.
  • Your shirt will ship within 7-14 business days. We will always try to ship earlier if possible. 
  • If you purchased jewelry with your garment, the jewelry will ship with the garment. 
  • Once I drop off your package in a USPS facility, My Sister’s Things (MST) no longer has control over the package anymore. Therefore MST is not responsible for items delayed by USPS. 

Refunds, Returns & Damaged

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, we will replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. We require a photo verification within 7 days of the delivery date. You will only be eligible for a replacement or shop credit if: 

  • We sent you the wrong size, color, or design. 

DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING:

If your items are damaged from shipping;

  • Contact me within 7 days after the delivery date.
  • You will need to furnish me with pictures of the damaged items AND THE BOX 
  • You will need to return damaged product as shown in the picture provide by you
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return damaged product.

After I receive the damaged product as shown by picture provided by the buyer, a refund or replacement will be sent out.
