Since all items are handmade you may see slight variations in color or pattern from the pictures. Each pair of earrings are unique and although I try very hard to photograph each product accurately, I cannot guarantee every computer monitor or phone screen will depict the color correctly. Depending on your phone or monitor screen settings, some colors may appear lighter or darker.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Although polymer clay is durable, your jewelry should be treated kindly!

Make-up can be removed by gently going over the area with a cotton swab dipped in soap & water or rubbing alcohol to gently cleanse the area.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc. as this can damage or discolor the clay.

Avoid wearing during sleep, showering, exercise, and swimming.

Although polymer clay is durable it can break and get scratched. It is recommended you store your jewelry in the bag that is provided and avoid placing your jewelry in the bottom of your purse.

Metal Care: All the metals I use for my jewelry are labeled hypoallergenic, which means they have a very low risk of causing an allergic reaction. Hypoallergenic jewelry typically contains pure metals like platinum, gold, titanium, copper, sterling silver, and stainless steel. However, it's important to note that these metals can gradually tarnish when exposed to air and moisture. This occurs due to a chemical reaction called oxidation, where the metal reacts with sulfur in the air and starts turning dark. Tarnishing can be caused by various factors such as humidity, sweat, salt air, sulfur, hairspray, makeup, and household chemicals. The good news is that tarnished jewelry can be easily cleaned.

Tarnished metals can be cleaned with the soft jewelry cloth provided, or you can use a mixture of two parts baking soda with one part water to make a paste, then gently rub the mixture onto the metal. Let the paste dry, then clean.

White vinegar, or ketchup will also work.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME: Your hand-crafted clay jewelry will ship within 1-5 business days. We will always try to ship earlier if possible. 

MST ships to select countries. The buyer is responsible for all customs costs and/or other payments that may apply.

For overseas buyers, customs can delay packages for up to 6 weeks, even though it is rare, but it can still happen.

REFUNDS: Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, we will replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part. We require a photo verification within 7 days of the delivery date. You will only be eligible for a replacement or credit if: 

• We sent you the wrong size, color, or design.

If your earrings are damaged from shipping - please contact me within 7 days after the delivery date.

You will need to furnish me with pictures of the damaged earrings AND THE BOX for either a replacement or shop credit.

We will not issue refunds or exchanges for reasons other than those listed above.
